whooooppppeeeee, I'm not in work tomoz!!! so chuffed. my little girl is going with nana and grandad to visit her aunti in Kent and although I hate her being away from me and I won't settle until she is there, I will have lots of time on my hands! Lee is taking me out for a meal tomoz which will be lovely and I am having my hair done in the morning!
I didn't receive a delivery of craft stuff over christmas so I am waiting for the refund. £33 and I haven't a clue what to spend it on. I have a cuttlebug but nothing to go with it so I am thinking of some oval nellies and then spend the rest on promarkers! oh, I also need to get some memento ink as my versafine runs even if I have left it ages!
I haven't made a card tonight but I will defo be making some over the weekend. I also got some post today from Ilovemycraftymess with loads of stamped images so thank you very much judie! I have already been having a play! If you are reading this then please leave a message as to what you would buy with £30 so that I can have a think!
Have fun!

This is a new card that I have done tonight! Not what I would normally do but never mind that.... I love him! I have used a digital image that was sent to me (sorry can't remember who from) used loads of stash from Judie (Ilovemycraftymess) Thanks sweetie, and the papers were also from Judie! I am very happy with the way 'he' has turned out!
Have fun

Sketch and Stash Challenge 28
Hi all,
This is my very first challenge card and I really enjoyed making it! I have now been making cards for about 5 weeks and am getting very suprised at how quickly I can churn them out! Normally I have given up on new ventures by now, but not this one!
Anyway, the papers I used were downloaded from computerscrapbook.com which is a fantastic site. I used embellishments from my new stash of stuff and my tilda image was coloured with pro markers which I desperately need to expand on. I hope you like her and I really enjoyed making her! (strange how I call my cards him's and her's)
Have fun

What is all this blogging about then?
Welcome all, to hopefully (if it works) my very first blog post!
I am not a technophobe and work with computers daily. I have looked at lots of blogs and really enjoy them but have never ventured onto my own.....until now!
This year is going to be a busy one for me! Me and my partner of 9 years get married in August, and although we can't wait, there is lots to do - mainly by me! I never did understand the male of the species but hey ho, it's life! Lee spends most of his free time COD'ing (no nothing to do with fish!) which I am sure quite a few of you will know as the game Call of Duty. It has become a mistress to him he spends that much time with it!
My daughter also starts primary school in September so that is another biggie this year! She is still very much my baby and I love her to bits although she does try my patience at times!
I am a type one diabetic (13 years now) and I went onto an insulin pump in October last year so I am still getting used to that.
I have just got into card making and I am hoping to use my blog quite a lot for this new found pastime of mine! I find it very relaxing and the time flies by when I am sat at my desk.
Anyway, that's probably enough for my first post. I'm gonna have a look around this fandangled diary and see how I can spice it up! Wish me luck.
Have fun!
